According to Express UK, in 2019, Rantzen had managed to amass a £2 Million fortune during her 50-year career in entertainment. During this time, the British presenter had played a vital role on shows like "Esther," "This Morning" and "That's Life!."

Cherry Healey - Unknown

Cherry Healey’s days making £10,000 for a commercial about toilet paper are far behind her, and in her own words, she went on to enjoy a hugely successful year, financially speaking, in 2012. The "10 Ways to Lose 10 Years" presenter has a crippling fear of debt, which is why she has been smart with her finances, only spending within her own means.

Her fun personality and work ethic meant that Healey has managed to make a comfortable living appearing in several programs for the BBC. In 2021, she served as a panelist or presenter on programs including "Jeremy Vine," "10 Years Younger in 10 Days,"  and "Inside the Factory."

Chris Harris - £735k

According to Express UK, despite having clear sources of income, Chris Harris' welath figures are yet to be determined officially. The publication did, in 2021, estimate his fortune in 2021 to be in the realm of £735k, and according to Evolved Search, his "Top Gear" income per season stands roughly at £716k.

Some two years after Jeremy Clarkson and his two presenters left the BBC show in 2015, Harris took the reins of the motoring show. The part-time journalist and racing driver is quite the gearhead and before his time on "Top Gear" he was working on similar programs like "Chris Harris on Cars."

Alexander Armstrong - £3.6 Million

In October 2021, Alexander Armstrong candidly spoke about his surprise encounter with Queen Elizabeth II. According to him, the royal leader suddenly decided to engage in an off-set and impromptu rendition of his game show "Pointless," while the two were in attendance at the Women’s Institute in Sandringham.

The BBC presenter has been the face of "Pointless" since it launched in 2009 and has been joined by his co-host Richard Osman during this period. During his 20-year career in TV, Armstrong has earned millions, thanks to his talents as a presenter, actor, and singer in "The Armstrong and Miller Show," "Match Point" and "Scoop."

David Dickinson - £2 Million

According to The Sun, antique expert David Dickinson is worth an impressive £2 Million. He began working at just the age of 14, undertaking an apprenticeship at an aircraft factory during his early teens to make ends meet before running his clothing business up until 1991.

After trying his hand at selling antiques at fairs and shows, Dickinson discovered he had a knack for it, which culminated in antiques-themed shows on television like "The Antiques Show" and "Bargain Hunt." In early 2021, he returned as the host and presenter for the 16th season of "Dickinson's Real Deal."

Mel Giedroyc - £3.7 Million

In 2017, Evening Standard reported that Mel Giedroyc was making somewhere between £150k and £200k as an employee of the BBC. The exact figures have been a guarded secret in the broadcasting network, which has exploited a regulation loophole to keep mum about the pay figures of its employees making £150k and under.

In 2021, Giedroyc split from her long-time on-screen pal Sue Perkins as she began filming for her new woodwork competition-themed show "Britain's Best Woodworker." The two had been virtually inseparable in the years past, working as co-anchors since the '90s on "Light Lunch" and "The Great British Bake Off."

Charlotte Hawkins - £720K

According to Entertainment Daily, Charlotte Hawkins's net worth in 2021 stood at an estimated £720k. Although her exact income figures are unconfirmed, the report estimated her wealth after taking an in-depth look at her TV career.

For those of us who are avid watchers of "Good Morning Britain," Hawkins will be quite a familiar face. The newsreader has been serving as an anchor on the program since 2014 after his exit from Sky's "Sunrise" alongside Eamonn Holmes. Hawkins caused quite a stir in November 2021 when she revealed on "Good Morning Britain" that she would not be a part of its upcoming Christmas special episode.

Louise Minchin - £2.1 Million

Louse Minchin broke quite a few hearts in 2021 when she announced her departure from "BBC Breakfast." The presenter had been a part of the morning chat show for some two decades and although she did stay on the program throughout 2021, the role was more akin to a freelancer than the regular presenter we have come to watch and love.

Although Express UK has declared Minchin's wealth numbers at £2.1 Million, this figure should be taken with a grain of salt since the publication itself was quoting unofficial numbers from Net Worth Post. In 2020, according to BBC'sannual report, the "Breakfast" host makes an estimated £215k to £220k annually.

Charlie Brooker - £5.93 Million

Charlie Brooker first stepped into the limelight in the early 2000s when he signed on as a TV reviewer for the Guardian Guide. The pop-culture newsletter has since been adapted to the publication's mobile app and online platforms as well.

When Brooker joined the Guardian Guide to write his iconic Screen Burn columns, he was a relatively unknown video games journalist. He later inked a lucrative multi-show deal with Netflix that saw him work on projects like "Dead Set and "Black Mirror." In September 2021, he added another show to the line-up, partnering with Rob Lowe in "Attack of the Hollywood Cliches!."

David Tennant - £5.2 Million

After a TV advertising deal with Virgin Media, David Tennant's personal fortune swelled to over £3.3million in mid-2020 according to Daily Record. By the end of 2021, that number had grown to a whopping £5.2 Million. In October 2021, PBS announced the release date of its adaptation of Jules Verne’s timeless novel "Around the World in 80 Days," starring Tennant as Phileas Fogg.

Along with his successful career in TV and drama, starring in hits like "Doctor Who," "Broadchurch" and "Jessica Jones," Tennant also owns two companies, his firm Sandyboy Limited and Littletinyface. In 2020, latest accounts of Sandyboy Limited showed that the firm also had £3million in real estate investing.

Jodie Whittaker - £4.45 Million

In 2017, proponents of equal pay rejoiced when Jodie Whittaker signed on to play the lead role in the popular "Doctor Who" series but more importantly, she was also set to receive the same salary as her predecessor Peter Capaldi. The move was made by the BBC after several complaints regarding the pay gap in the acting business.

With nearly two decades of acting experience under her belt, Whittaker has raked in millions thanks to her TV work in series, shows, and commercials. In November 2021, fans of "Doctor Who" were quite distraught when the BBC revealed that Whittaker's last episode as the doctor would be airing in the Fall of 2022.

Dominic West - £14.83 Million

Dominic West might have 'woken up' to the pay disparity between himself and his co-star Ruth Wilson in 2018 but that didn't stop the "Chicago" actor from turning a blind eye towards Hollywood's gender pay as he was handed million-dollar paychecks himself. The two had been working as the male and female leads in the
Hagai Levi and Sarah Treem-co-created series "The Affair" since 2014.

In 2021, West marked another milestone in his decorated acting career when he was cast to play Prince Charles in the smash-hit series "The Crown." During his three decades in showbiz, he has been a part of blockbusters like "Tomb Raider," "The Forgotten" and "Chicago."

Hugh Bonneville - £5.93 Million

The Crawleys were finally back after a seemingly long break in November 2021 as the first promo trailer for "Downton Abbey: A New Era" was unveiled to a jubilant audience. Initially set for a March 2021 release, the drama romance, starring Hugh Bonneville as Robert Crawley, had been delayed due to the 2020 lockdown.

Bonneville apparently struck gold when he first landed the role of Robert Crawley in 2010 and has stayed on as the lead on the ITV drama since. Best known for his supporting roles in "Iris," "Mansfield Park" and "Notting Hill," Bonneville became the second-highest-paid cast member on "Downton Abbey" and has a reported £5.93 Million to his name.

Trevor McDonald - Unknown

In 1999, Sir Trevor McDonald was knighted in honor of his services to journalism which now span more than five decades. The  Trinidadian-British journalist began his career during the '60s when he moved to the British Isles before signing on to work as a producer for BBC Radio.

Throughout the decades, McDonald's documentaries have enthralled, intrigued, and moved millions of audiences in Great Britain and around the world. In October 2021, he was announced as the frontman of E4’s "Gamesmaster" reboot as the classic '90s show returned to our TV screens after 25 years of being off-air.

Graham Norton - £29.66 Million

Graham Norton is known and loved internationally for his stellar role as the host of "The Graham Norton Show." According to documents filed in 2020, it was revealed that for the 2019 calendar year, the British talk show host received a hefty £3.235 million for the season of "The Graham Norton Show."

According to the Irish Times, his total payout in 2019, combining earnings from both TV and radio, amounted to nearly £4 million (estimated), making him the highest-paid star in the BBC line-up. Norton returned with his iconic red sofa in 2021 as he kicked off the 29th season of "The Graham Norton Show" with an exciting guest line-up.

Declan Donnelly - £29.66 Million

In 2018, Declan Donnelly reportedly made a sizeable £2.5 million for hosting the season of "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!." With pay like this, it seems unlikely that the Newcastle native would be losing his crown as one of the highest-paid TV presenters anytime soon.

Back in 2017, it was reported that Donnelly and his "I'm a Celebrity" co-host Holly Willoughby were making serious bank, pocketing a whopping £78k every single day thanks to their services on programs like "Saturday Night Takeaway" and "Britain’s Got Talent." Donnelly enjoyed some quality family time with his wife Ali Astall and their daughter Isla in 2021 before the launch of "I'm a Celebrity."

Sue Barker - £1.48 Million

For the 2019/2020 calendar year, Sue Barker reportedly made between £200k and £205k for her duties covering various tennis tournaments and working on several BBC documentaries. However, her actual earnings were in fact considerably higher than this figure considering the fact that this did not include her pay as the presenter of "A Question of Sport."

Barker has been a part of the classic sporting series since 1996 and in June 2021, she returned for the 50th season of "A Question of Sport." Later on, in that same month, Barker received her CBE for her services to sport during the 2021 Queen's Birthday Honours on June 11th.
